INEC commences voters registration in Abuja

On Wednesday, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) commenced a five-day Continuous Voters Registration (CVR) across the six Area Councils of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

The CVR exercise will hold between January 13 and January 17 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. daily, ahead of the FCT Area Council elections scheduled for March 19.

According to NAN's correspondent who monitored the exercise reported that eligible voters came out in large numbers to register at the registration centers.
