It's one of the more tricky positions. But Hilaria Baldwin made the pretzel-like nidrasana yoga pose look easy as she sat on a lounger typing on her laptop Sunday. The limber brunette brought her knees up to her shoulders and, with her toes pointed at eye level, reached between her legs to her keyboard.
The bizarre position is the precursor to the nidrasana, or sleep, pose described as a deep forward bend with the limbs drawn in close to the torso that stimulates pratyahara, the deep state of peaceful relaxation - although it didn't look very relaxing.
On Saturday, Hilaria - who is Alec Baldwin's wife - looked far more relaxed as she sat in the anjali mudra position under a hairdrier at The Salon And Spa salon in Amagansett near East Hampton on New York's Long Island.
