North West, the baby daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, made her fashion magazine debut alongside her parents in US Vogue earlier this year.
There's a first time for everything, even your first fashion editorial as a young celebrity. For 13-month-old North West though, her time in the spotlight has come soon, yet in the most classy way possible—in Carine Roitfeld's CR Fashion Book. And she's got a Chanel bag and brooch. And she gets called "The Future." AND there's a quote next to her that says, "It's never too early to care about fashion!"—Karl Lagerfeld.
The photo of North was taken by Michael Avedon, grandson of the late, iconic photographer Richard Avedon, and accompanies images of other style icons like fashion designers Stephen Burrows and Bob Mackie, late photographer Bob Richardson (father of Terry Richardson), and late Italian architect Carlo Mollino.
Last September, Kim Kardashian covered CR Fashion Book wearing gold grills. Recently, Kanye's creative director Virgil Abloh also did an interview with the magazine recently to discuss his clothing line OFF-WHITE. So North is definitely in the company of family, in addition to a host of fashion pioneers who've come before her.
