North's new 'do! Kim Kardashian gives her daughter a slick hairstyle as they jet out of LA

Kim Kardashian jetted out of LA with very precious cargo on Thursday - her daughter North.

The reality TV star, 33, was pictured at the airport with her one-year-old girl proudly perched on her hip.

Kim made sure her little protege was perfectly styled for the flight with diamond earrings, a cute denim outfit and new slick 'do.

Meanwhile Kim was looking just as perfectly styled and ready for air travel.

The devoted mother wore a pair tight-fitting faded jeans, nude heels and a T-shirt of the rock band Chicago.

It is not the first time Kim has been spotted wearing the T-shirt either, stepping out in it last November in New York as she pushed North around in a stroller.

The mother-of-one recently joked that her daughter, North, is already running 'a full marathon.'

The reality star's 13-month-old baby girl with husband Kanye West only recently took her first steps, but loves being chased around by her parents outside.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians beauty told E! News: 'If we're outside on the grass, it's like a full marathon. She'll run - she'll do whatever. Inside, she's just a little more cautious. She wants you to hold her hand, or she has this little shopping cart that she likes to walk around.'

The reality TV star announced her daughter had started walking last month on her Instagram page, posting an adorable picture of her kissing the little girl, who was wrapped in a yellow towel.

Kim captioned the photo: 'Our baby girl finished one week of swimming lessons today then took her 1st steps right when she got out of the pool!!!! Mommy & Daddy are so proud of you!!!! Photo cred: Daddy (sic)'

Kim and Kanye, 37, who have been living with her mother, Kris Jenner, since North was born in June 2013, recently purchased a new $20 million mansion in Hidden Hills, Los Angeles and they are excited to move in.

She said: '[We're] moving out of mom's house ASAP!'.

The couple, who got married in June, are set to sell their $11 mansion in Beverly Hills, as they got fed up of waiting for their extensive renovations to be completed.

The lavish house was previously owned by Lisa Marie Presley and the couple first fell in love with it a few months ago.

However, there have also been reports that the couple are looking for a new family base in Manhattan, too.

Kim is said to have recently viewed a $50 million, 7,693-square foot penthouse in an eco-friendly building where Leonardo DiCaprio also has an apartment.

The luxury property boasts vitamin C-filtered showers, rhythm lighting customised to individual sleep patterns, filtered water and a herb garden in a state-of-the-art chef's kitchen .

Kim toured the property - which has a floating, hand-crafted metal staircase, elevator and a 2,200-square-foot private roof terrace - with her mother Kris Jenner and half-sister Kendall Jenner, the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column reports.
