In the early hours of today January 16 2015, the Owerri Capital Development Authority (OCDA), tore President goodluck Jonathan's billboard in Owerri around Concord Avenue by Civic Center estate. The source who witnessed this development said the commission claimed that they were working on instruction. Mr president is reportedly due to be in the state tomorrow. See other pic
