Reuben Abati shared the photo on instagram showing passengers on a train traveling from Lagos (Iddo Terminus) to Ibadan for the festive holidays in Nigeria. That shows the president Jonathan's railway transformation project has finally come to stay. According to the presidential spokesman/special adviser on Media & Publicity, Reuben , he said he found the picture on Bovi's DP BBM
