Two days after losing the 2015 presidential election, the office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) released ₦6.1 billion to the offices of National Security Adviser, Director General of the State Security Service (sss) and National Intelligence Agency (NIA), Sahara Reporters revealed Monday.
