Africa's richest woman Alakija builds 6-storey tower in Lagos

Africa's richest woman Folorunsho Alakija is building a 16-storey tower named  'Rose of Sharon Towers' located in Victoria Island, Lagos, The Nation reports.

According to the publication, this construction is being handled by a real estate company called Dayspring Property Development Company Limited, a construction company co-owned by her husband, Modupe Alakija.

Features include a great view of Kuramo Waters and the Atlantic Ocean, three residential floors, 32 individual apartments of one, two and three bedrooms.

Alakija has invested in real estate in Nigeria, London, and the Middle East.
