The judge revoked the N3m bail with two sureties earlier granted to Oloketuyi on September 2, 2015 by Justice Mohammed Yunusa, who has now been transferred to the Enugu division of the court.
Justice Dagat, who is the new judge on the case, ordered that the accused be produced before him on March 11, 2016 when the case would be mentioned.
A Federal High Court in Lagos had slammed a N3 million bail on a blogger for allegedly publishing a defamatory item about the CEO of Fidelity Bank Plc, Nnamdi Okonkwo.
