'Do The Right Thing' actor Bill Nunn is dead!

Bill Nunn, who was best known for playing the role of Radio Raheem in the Spike Lee movie 'Do The Right Thing', died on Saturday morning September 24 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was 62.

Confirming the sad news, Director Lee wrote on Facebook Saturday, ''My Dear Friend, My Dear Morehouse Brother- Da Great Actor Bill Nunn As Most Of You Know Him As Radio Raheem Passed Away This Morning In His Hometown Of Pittsburgh,' wrote Lee, adding: 'Long Live Bill Nunn. Radio Raheem is now resting in power. Radio Raheem will always be fighting da powers dat be. May God watch over Bill Nunn.''
