Ghana's electronic transmission 'compromised'

Ghana's electoral commission has abandoned electronic transmission of results because it believes the system has been "compromised" and will now use manual verification of the results, according to the BBC

It had earlier said that its systems had been targeted by hackers and had been down for four hours.
