Desmond Elliot denies sharing money to bribe voters

Desmond Elliot has denied sharing money to bribe voters on election day in Surulere, Lagos in an apparent response to a picture posted (here) on social media platforms, Facebook and Twitter.

Elliot who is contesting for a seat at the Lagos State House of Assembly, Surulere Constituency, posted a picture of him and his grandmother shortly after he was accredited.
