Haylie Duff and her fiance Matt Rosenberg have welcomed their first child together! The 30-year-old actress gave birth to a baby girl named Ryan on Monday May 11. In December last year Haylie and Matt announced that they were expecting their first baby together. Congrats to the couple on their new bundle of joy!
