CAF to support reforms within FIFA

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has issued its first official statement since Fifa president Sepp Blatter announced that he will be stepping down, amid allegations of widespread corruption in the football governing body. Caf said it was committed to supporting reforms within Fifa and would co-operate in efforts to safeguard the "moral and ethical values" of football.

The statement does not say anything about Mr Blatter's decision to resign.
