Khloe Kardashian spends this year's Halloween celebrations with Lamar Odom, still dating James Harden

Kardashian has confirmed herself that she had spent this year's Halloween celebrations with Lamar Odom in the hospital after the reality star shared a photo of a pumpkin candy holder in what appears to be his hospital room on Halloween.

"I was laying low, spending time with Lam so he wasn't alone but it was nice," the 31-year-old star said replying to a fan tweet asking about her weekend activities.

But what does that mean for her relationship with NBA player James Harden? A source close to Khloe tells ET the two are still dating.

''They are working on their relationship and are still very much dating,'' says the source. ''This situation is obviously not something they were expecting to happen but James is supporting Khloe through it and they are trying to make it work. They are very much in love.''

Khloe tweeted Sunday she'll start live streaming again this coming week.
