Photos: Paris terror plot mastermind, Abdelhamid Abaaoud 'is DEAD'

Abdelhamid Abaaoud, the mastermind behind the Paris terror attacks has been identified as one of those killed in Tuesday's raid in the suburb of Saint Denis, the Paris prosecutor says.

According to  the BBC. his body was found riddled with bullets and shrapnel in the shattered apartment in the northern suburb. Eight people were arrested and at least two killed in the raid on the property in Saint Denis.

The 28-year-old Belgian national, who was identified from his fingerprints, has been on run since Friday's attacks that killed 129 people and wounded 352.
