The 26-year-old singer was dancing at a post-show party at Le Loft Metropolis nightclub in Paris during his Everything Is 4 tour, when he cut his leg in front of shocked fans.
According to reports, Derulo was filmed by his girlfriend Daphne Joy as he was treated by a medical team - before saying to the camera: "Twenty stitches...what next!?"
In her Snapchat videos, Daphne is heard saying: "We ended our night in the ER. We have so many people catering to my baby.''
Playing along, Daphne replies to him: "They say ‘Yeah I think you can’.”
