Celine Dion will receive the Icon Award at this month's 2016 Billboard Music Awards.
The 48-year-old legendary singer and mother of three will perform Queen's ''The Show Must Go On'' during the live show. This will be Celine's first televised performance since her husband René Angélil passed away in January following a long battle with cancer.
''Celine Dion has a huge repertoire of monster hits and she personally chose to perform 'The Show Must Go On’ as her ICON performance on the Billboard Music Awards,'' BBMA executive producer Mark Bracco said in a statement Tuesday. ''I think at this moment in her life, the song has many meanings and it's an amazing choice.''
Ludacris and Ciara will host the show, airing on Sunday May 22.
