Godwin Obaseki receives certificates of return from INEC
The All Progressives Congress(APC) candidate Godwin Obaseki, who won the just concluded governorship election in Edo state alongside his deputy Philip Shuaibu have been presented with certificates of return Thursday by the Independent national electoral commission in Benin.
