The 72-year-old Nigerian president was joined by the Kebbi Governor, Atiku Bagudu, CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele and Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Audu Ogbeh at the flag of Dry season rice and wheat farming anchored by CBN in the state.
