Solange Knowles loses wedding ring while riding in Muses parade

Solange Knowles misplaced her wedding ring during a New Orleans Mardi Gras celebration on Thursday when it flew off her hand as she threw beads into the crowd.

After the incident, the 29-year-old actress took to Twitter to share an exchange she had with her 11-year-old son Julez

''My son said, mom I’m just happy YOU didn’t fly off the float, & that your safe, & that you still get to have the love you have. *tears dried,'' she wrote. “Also, I can’t put into words how grateful I am to be given the Key to the City! NEW ORLEANS, from the bottom of my soul, I am so thankful.''

Parade organizers also took to Facebook on Thursday night to announce an offer for whoever finds it.
