''The National Chairman of PDP, Dr. Ahmadu Adamu Mu'azu is sick and currently undergoing medical attention abroad and will return to the country as soon as his doctors are satisfied with his medical condition. He left the country last week and hopes to be back soon. The leader of the party, President Goodluck Jonathan, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the party Chief Tony Anenih and Senate President Senator David Mark and members of the National Working Committee of the party are all aware of the Chairman’s medical trip abroad,'' the statement read.

Adamu Mu'azu is sick and has been flown abroad
The National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Adamu Mu'azu, is sick and has been flown abroad. Mr Mu'azu travelled last week for treatment and has remained in an undisclosed hospital abroad, a statement by his media aide, Tony Amadi, said.
