President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan will today formally dissolve the Federal Executive Council ahead of Friday May 29 handing over. The session which will be presided over by outgoing President at about 11am, is expected to witness a formal speech by the President, highlighting his achievements while in office since May 29, 2011. Ministers are also expected to make speeches on their experience as members of the council under Mr Jonathan. By Friday morning May 29 President Jonathan will be leaving the presidential villa for his hometown Otuoke, Bayelsa state.
