The Nigerian President was received at the airport upon his arrival by President of Senegal H.E. Macky Sall ahead of his Participation at the 3rd Edition of the Dakar International Forum on Peace & Security in Africa.
Minister of Foreign Affairs Geoffrey Onyeama, Governor of Edo Godwin Obaseki, Governor of Yobe Ibrahim Geidam accompanied Mr Buhari to the summit.
