Nigerian Youth Identified as a Productive Agent

Nigerian youth have again been identified as efficient and productive agents and if engaged positively will help in turning around the economic fortunes of the country.

As such they should be given the platform to excel by empowering them with the basic knowledge to be self-reliant.

These were the views of speakers at the leadership training organised by the junior chamber international Aso chapter in Abuja.

This group of young Nigerians gathered here with their thinking caps on specifically to seek ways of harnessing potentials of how to identify suitable skills to improve the nation’s workforce and boost the economy.

Junior chamber international organizers of the programme believe the strength of the nation’s growth is on human development hence the training of fifty two trainers drawn from member states on three topics of enterprise risk management, human and business relationship and leadership value training.

The organization which is a non-governmental one said training young people to create positive change towards the advancement of the society is part of their corporate responsibility.

Junior chamber international has over five thousand members across twenty five states of the country.
