Royal family release charming photos of Prince George during a photo shoot at Kensington Palace

17-month-old adorable Prince George grins for the cameras, showing off the dimples he has inherited from his mother and more than a hint of his mischievous character. The Duke and Duchess just released these adorable photos taken at a courtyard during a photo shoot at Kensington Palace in late November.

In the pictures, taken by a royal staff member who is also a former professional photographer, George wears a collared shirt, a jumper with a soldier guardsman design and blue shorts. Scroll down for more...

They are the first official pictures of George since his first birthday in July.
