Should we rely on this result produced by Sahara Reporters?

Should we relied on the result produced by Sahara Reporters after INEC  had condemned publication of unofficial polls results, saying it is an offence for anyone to announce results not approved by it?

According to INEC, ''Collation of results will begin at 12pm''
