A representative for the couple told UsMagazine.com that the 36-year-old model and the 62-year-old music executive are engaged.
Liberty and Jimmy first began spending time together in February 2013, one month after she filed for divorce from Rupert.
Rupert was caught cheating on his wife back in July 2012 when he was spotted kissing his Snow White and the Huntsman lead actress Kristen Stewart.
Both Liberty and Jimmy bring several kids into the relationship. She has two kids – Skyla, 10, and Tennyson, 8 – from her previous marriage while he has four children from his first marriage.
