10 killed in Adamawa market terrorist attack

A 10-year-old suicide bomber struck at a busy local market in Gombi town in Adamawa state Friday killing at least 10 people, while 25 others were injured, a Red Cross official in the state, Maikano Abdullahi, said.

Gombi was recently recaptured from Boko Haram.

The Adamawa State Police Command spokesman, Othman Abubakar, a deputy superintendent of police, confirmed the incident, but did not give casualty details.
