EFCC detains ex-Chief of Air Staff, Adesola Amosu, over N29billion arms deal

The immediate past Chief of Air Force, Adesola Amosu  was on Wednesday arrested and detained by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission over allegation of corruption in arms procurement during his tenure.

Amosu was retired last year, alongside other military chiefs. Among those to be investigated include the embattled former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, former Chief of Defence Staff, Marshal Alex Badeh and another former Chief of Air Staff, Mohammed Umar.
