Graphic Pic: Is this a gruesome suicide photo or a prank photo?

A twitter user said he was passing through a street in Magodo, Lagos and saw people taking pics of an apparent suicide victim... he took the pic and shared on Twitter. Is this for real though? Someone committed suicide and they are taking photos or...that's not a human being?
