Tribunal adjourns Saraki's trial to November after it rejects application to adjourn his trial indefinitely

The chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal, Danladi Umar has adjourned the Senate President, Bukola Saraki's trial to November 5 and 6. The adjournment followed the pending judgment of the appeal court‎ on the trial of Saraki.

Saraki is facing a 13-count criminal charge bordering on false declaration of assets...

According to Vanguard, Tribunal rejected the application which Saraki made through his lawyer, Mahmud Magaji, SAN to adjourn his trial indefinitely.
