France beats Germany 2-0 to play against Portugal in Euro 2016 final

France defeated Germany (2-0) in a semifinal of the European Championships on Thursday night at Stade Vélodrome.

Antoine Griezmann scored a penalty in the first half and another goal in the second to send the hosts into the final against Portugal

The French, who won the last two major tournaments they have hosted, will go for a third against Portugal on Sunday July 10 at the Stade de France outside Paris.
