Serena Williams wins 2 Wimbledon Championships in one day!

Serena Williams defeated Germany's Angelique Kerber to win the ladies singles final 7-5, 6-3 at the 2016 Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Championships on Saturday July 9 at the All England Lawn Tennis Club in London, England. marking her 22nd Grand Slam title.

The 34-year-old tennis World number one is now tied with Steffi Graf for the most amount of Grand Slam titles in the open era. The last title that she won was back at Wimbledon last year.

Later that day, Serena and her 36-year-old sister Venus Williams took home the championship title in the ladies doubles match!

The sisters were up against Timea Babos and Yaroslava Shvedova whom they defeated 6-3, 6-4 in just two sets! This marked the sibling's 14th major doubles title.

This is also the eighth time Serena has won the Singles and Doubles competitions at the same tournament.
