President Buhari replaces Head of Service, Danladi Kifasi with current Permanent Secretary, Winifred Oyo-Ita

President Buhari has replaced Danladi Kifasi with the current Permanent Secretary Ministry of Science and Technology, Winifred Ekanem Oyo-Ita (Pictured above).

The 51-year-old Chartered accountant who hails from Cross River State will be in an acting capacity as the new Head of the Civil Service of the Federation.
