Buhari secretly withdrew 2016 BUDGET from Senate last week - Report

President Buhari secretly withdrew the 2016 budget from the National Assembly last week, according to Sahara Reporters, which also claimed that the budget is not missing and Senate president Bukola Saraki is aware of the whole situation.
