Photos: Monarch shot in Southern Ijaw LGA in Beyelsa

Progress Neverdie, popularly known as  ''progress never die'' pictured being carried to a waiting ambulance after he was shot Sunday by unknown gunmen.

The paramount ruler of Peremabiri community in Southern Ijaw local government was said to have sustained bullet wounds during a clash that ensued between his supporters and that of a popular youth leader named Eris Paul po[ularly known as Ogunbos.

According to reports, the Monarch has been taken to an undisclosed hospital for treatment.
