The trailer crushed the Okada man to death and hit 9 others who sustained serious injuries. According to LIB, immediately the accident happened, the driver left the trailer and ran away. It took the combined efforts of the police and others in the neighbourhood to remove the deceased's dead body under the trailer as he was hooked to the side of an untarred gutter.
