I hope this image above was not done intentional. I found this on Banky W, Nigerian  artiste Instagram page and thought it was funny and interesting to share with you guys. I guess it was a form apparently a student form, a section in it reads: "STREET NAME'' to be fill with one's address instead it was filled with the person's name ''LiL Tee -:)

To me no one is above mistake and everyone does that when you're in a hurry.
