Amber Heard charged with Illegally bringing dogs into Australia

Amber Heard has been charged in Australia for illegally bringing her and Johnny Depp's two dogs into the country

The 29-year-old Magic Mike XXL star was summoned to an Australian court on Wednesday July 15 on two counts of illegally importing the Yorkshire Terrier puppies, named Pistol and Boo, and was also charged on one count of producing an unspecified false document.


These charges can ultimately lead to 10 years in prison and a fine of $75,000.

Back in May, the Australian government demanded that Johnny and Amber remove their dogs from Australia because they had allegedly not followed proper quarantine laws.
