The Coroner sitting in Lagos State has indicted the Synagogue Church of All Nations over the guesthouse that collapsed in the church premises, calling for the investigation and that the relevant authorities should carry out detailed fitness test on all the structures within the church premises.
The guest house collapsed in September 2014, killing 116 people, many of them South Africans who traveled to Nigeria for the church’s service in Lagos.
NAN reports that, in his decision Wednesday, the judge ordered the prosecution of the contractors who constructed the collapsed building.
