The Defence Headquarters has announced that Nigerian troops have arrested a suspected mastermind of the recent bomb attacks on Jos and Zaria at a checkpoint in Gombe
''Troops have arrested a mastermind of the Jos and Zaria bombing at a checkpoint in Gombe, following an operation by combined team of military & DSS operatives,'' Defence HQ Nigeria Twitterfeed read.
The attacks on Zaria claimed 25 lives, including a two-year old child and 32 persons were injured, according to a press statement released by the Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to Kaduna state government, Samuel Aruwan.
