Tom Daley announces his engagement to his boyfriend Dustin Lance Black (See Eng. Ring)

Daley and his long-time boyfriend Black have announced Thursday October 1 they are engaged.

The 21-year-old Olympic diver and 41-year-old director/screenwriter who were first linked together back in 2013 made the announcement on Thursday in the Times newspaper, ''The engagement is announced between Tom, son of Robert and Debra Daley of Plymouth, and Lance, son of Jeff Bisch of Philadelphia and Anne Bisch of Lake Providence.''

Delay showed off his silver engagement ring at Monday night's Pride Of Britain Awards in London.
