Two young girls who had disguised themselves as beggars detonated explosives in Cameroon's northern city Maroua, killing at least 13 people on Wednesday July 22..
The attack happened near to the border with Nigeria's Borno state, where the militant Islamist group Boko Haram is most active.
A senior military source said the first explosion hit a market, while the second one hit a densely populated neighborhood.
