Chris Brown pleads to President Obama: “Please Let Us Leave” Manila – SEE VIDEO

Chris Brown was seen pleading on his knees in an Instagram video as he mockingly begged to be allowed to leave the Philippines on Thursday and also proclaimed his innocence on Twitter.

In a bizarre Instagram video - captioned as an appeal to President Obama - the 26-year-old singer pleaded for permission to fly home to Los Angeles after temporarily being barred from leaving Manila.
