6-year-old Chinese orphan with Down syndrome meets her adoptive Texas family for the first time

Audrey Shook is getting a big kiss from 6-year-old Chinese orphan, Lucy, who has down syndrome and has spent her life in a Chinese orphanage.

Lucy, while arriving in Houston, Texas and meets her adoptive parents for the first time, was already referring to Audrey Shook as "mama."

"I knew in my heart that someday I was going to be a family to one of those babies," Shook told Today.com.

Audrey Shook and her husband Brent shook have five biological children together, ages 18, 16, 13, 7 and 5 — and now 6-year-old Lucy.

The couple fell in love with Lucy after seeing a video of her singing and playing that was filmed by the adoption agency.
