Friends organize Luncheon in Garba's Honour to celebrate him as SSA to Buhari

Yesterday, my friends in Kano organized a Luncheon in my Honour to celebrate my appointment as the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Media & Publicity to President Muhammadu Buhari and also for my successful career as a Journalist.

Vice-President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo was the Special Guest of Honour while Governor Umar A. Ganduje of Kano State was our host at the Kano State Government House.

Mr. Dan Agbese, a Veteran Journalist and Chairman of the Northern Media Forum, gave a brief talk on Government and Media relationship.

The event was Chaired by renowned Elder statesman, Dr. Maitama Sule.

Vice-President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo also visited the Kano IDP School of Orphans to commiserate & show Govt's support for Internally Displaced Persons in the State.
