Pregnant Kim Kardashian dressed her growing baby bump in a skintight mini-dress and long tailed button down shirt while heading to lunch on Tuesday afternoon August 4 in New Orleans, California.

The 34-year-old reality star flew to the Big Easy to celebrate  her number one fan’s birthday at the Big Easy in New Orleans.
