Actress Paula Patton files for divorce from her hubby, actor Robin Thicke

Actress Paula Patton has filed for divorce and she is asking for joint custody of their 4 year old son, Julian Fuego Thicke. After several attempts by her hubby, singer/songwriter/actor, Robin Thicke who has been trying to safe their marriage but unfortunately, his wife - Paula Patton isn't having it, she wants out according to reports.

Robin and Paula have been together since they were teenagers, they met in 1991 when Robin was just 14 years old but got married in 2005 and if I ever thought one Hollywood marriage would survive, it was theirs.

In a divorce papers filed on Friday October 3rd in Los Angeles, Paula is citing "irreconcilable differences."

Now, this is after several attempts by Robin to win her back after the pair got separated in February this year. In March, during a performance in Washington D.C he told fans he intends to get his wife back when he said,

"I want everybody here to know that I'm trying to get my girl back"...

And according to People Magazine, he then sang his 2007 track 'Lost Without You,' apparently meaning he is lost without Paula, and that's not all, few months later, in June, he named his 7th album 'Paula' after his estranged wife.
