BOKO HARAM: Buhari orders release of $21million to MNJTF

President Muhammadu Buhari has directed that $21million, out of the pledge of $100million which Nigeria made to the Multinational Joint Task Force, MNJTF, be released within the next one week.

Buhari disclosed this on Saturday while chairing a meeting of the African Union Peace Security Council at the ongoing 25th AU summit in Johannesburg, South Africa.

The MNJTF was formed by Nigeria and her neighbouring countries to tackle the Boko Haram insurgency.
